  4. Add chicken stock and cream of mushroom to the samp.
  5. Mix the fresh milk and powder milk then pour into the samp.
  6. For the remaining 3 minutes add dry parsley.

How to cook samp and beans: Soak the samp and beans in water over-night or for a few hours. You can cook them when they are dry but it will just take longer and you will need to add more water to the recipe. In a medium-sized heavy-bottomed pot with a lid, fry the onion and garlic in the oil. Add the beef and fry for a few minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving. (optional to add butter).
